Here are some more pictures* of where my 40th high school reunion took place at the Grosse Pointe War Memorial -- a community center where many social events take place. I was so busy that night I forgot to take pictures of this beautiful venue. Fortunately, my friend Judy Barton MacGuidwin did and she graciously allowed me to post them here for all to see.

The following day, we had a picnic at a local yacht club right on Lake St. Clair. Here are some overview shots of the picnic -- again in a beautiful setting.

The weather was overcast, but most of the time it was okay to stay outside. We did have one storm come through where everyone had to go inside the clubhouse. After that, the picnic continued inside the clubhouse where we had a live band -- a classmate from the year following us.

Our classmates all seemed very pleased with how things turned out and I really enjoyed working with the planning committee to set it all up.
